When does the Project start?

  The ‘Super Borovets’ project is to be split into stages, the first of which is scheduled to start in 2007. Of course, property and land prices will rise dramatically- boosted even more with EU accession. However, we are seeing prices going up rapidly already and once the final plan for the Project has been decided on, yet another price rise can be expected.
