  December Brings World Vacationers to Bulgaria

  The first international guests are expected to arrive to Bulgaria's Borovets resort on December 17, media reported.

  The major skiing spot has undergone infrastructure repair, and hotels and other public venues have been freshened-up.

  Hotels and villas have a total accommodation potential for 6,000 people, the Investor.bg website said Saturday.

  Borovets is one of the three most popular winter resorts in Bulgaria, together with Bansko and Pamporovo.

  But it is Bansko that has been the most rapidly developing over the past several years.
